WATERCRAFT LICENSING

All watercraft that are to be moored at a dock or slip for the season must be declared on the Application. A copy of the current or recently applied for Minnesota DNR Watercraft Registration is required to be submitted for each watercraft before it is moored at the dock or slip. The watercraft must be in the name of the site holder with their Mound address listed.
The dock site holder will be fined if this information is not furnished. Please see Ordinances related to this issue.

 TEMPORARY VISITORS DOCKING PERMITS
Docking of boats not owned by a dock licensee is permitted for up to 21 days if a Temporary Visitors Dockage Permit is obtained first from the City and the fee ($50) has been paid. The visitor’s DNR Watercraft Registration must be furnished with the submission of the Permit and fee. No more than one Temporary Visitor Dockage Permit may be issued in any calendar year to an individual dock site holder or visitor.  This option is not available to slip holders.
